• Each generation prompt is sent to Creem's Content Moderation API before image generation to detect prohibited content.
• Your uploaded image is sent to our AI image provider(s) solely for the purpose of generating your requested output.
• We use AI-powered background removal and scene generation technology from Photoroom.
• Generated images are stored for a limited time to allow download and may be cached temporarily for performance.
• We do not use your uploaded images to train our own models or share them with third parties for training purposes.
• AI-generated content is produced by machine learning models and may not be perfectly accurate. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain data after account closure if required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention, billing records, and enforcement of our agreements.
